UK-based accountancy and enterprise advisory group Azets is about to tackle BDO’s Medical Companies staff together with its consumer portfolio, in a transfer that expands its specialist Healthcare follow.
The transfer is anticipated to assist its purpose of turning into “the UK’s primary supplier of accounting and advisory companies to the healthcare sector”, Azets stated in an announcement.
The deal will switch a spread of healthcare shoppers to Azets, together with basic practitioner (GP) practices and first care networks (PCNs).
Underneath the deal, a gaggle of 16 specialist healthcare professionals may also migrate to Azets.
The staff is led by associate Sarah Lock, alongside administrators Juliette Maguire and Louise Barter.
Upon completion of the deal, Azets will work with greater than 600 GP practices, 3,500 GP companions and locums, and 100 PCNs.
